These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase of a license for Novantia's Mac apps (DockPeek, TextLift and PDF Kit).
Who you buy from
Our apps are published by Novantia B.V., Oeverkruid 12, 9738 AK Groningen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 42176180, VAT NL870045957B01). Purchases are processed by an authorized reseller acting as the merchant of record; which reseller handles your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt. The reseller handles payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax / VAT, and appears on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to the reseller's buyer terms.
What you get
- A license to use the app you bought, under that app's End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- All updates to version 1 are free. If we release a version 2, buyers of version 1 can upgrade at a discount of at least 40%. Upgrading is never required: your version 1 license stays valid.
- A license key by email: automatically, right after purchase, when you buy through the online checkout; usually within one business day when you request your key through our license request form.
Using the apps
How you may use the apps is set out in the Novantia license agreement (EULA): novantia.eu/eula.
Price and tax
Prices are shown at checkout. VAT / sales tax is calculated, collected, and remitted by the reseller for your jurisdiction, so you always see the correct total before paying.
Try before you buy
Every app includes a 14-day free trial with all features, so you can test it fully before buying.
Refunds
Bought directly from novantia.eu? You can get your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, a refund is only given where the law requires one. Our Refund Policy (novantia.eu/refund) explains the details, your right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, and how to make a request. Bought through the Mac App Store? Then Apple handles refunds.
License delivery problems
If your key doesn't arrive or won't activate, email support@novantia.eu and we'll resolve it or re-issue the key.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
