Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to licenses for Novantia's Mac apps (DockPeek, TextLift and PDF Kit), bought through our authorized reseller, which acts as the merchant of record.

Try before you buy

Every app includes a 14-day free trial with all features, so you can test it fully before buying.

Refunds

Bought directly from novantia.eu and not happy? You get your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: email us with your order number. The refund goes through the reseller and your license key is deactivated. After 14 days, a refund is only given where the law requires one, for example if the app doesn't work as promised and we can't fix it within a reasonable time. Bought through the Mac App Store? Then Apple handles refunds.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends only when all of the following apply: delivery has begun, with your express prior consent, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and you have received confirmation of this (for example in your order confirmation email). If your right of withdrawal has not ended in this way, you can use it within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. If you were not properly informed about this right, that period is extended by up to 12 months.

Refunds by the reseller

The reseller that processed your order may, under its own buyer terms, also grant a refund at its discretion.

How to request a refund

Email support@novantia.eu or contact the reseller's support, and include your order number. Refunds are issued through the reseller that processed your order.
