End-User License Agreement

This license agreement ("EULA") applies to every app published by Novantia B.V. ("Novantia", "we"), currently DockPeek, TextLift and PDF Kit, and to their updates. By installing or using an app, you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Your license

With a license you may use the app and edition (Basic or Pro) you bought, for personal or business use. One license is for one person, on one Mac at a time. You can move a license to another Mac by deactivating it first. Team licenses cover the number of users purchased.

2. Free trial

You can try each app free for 14 days with all features. After that you need a license to keep using it.

3. License check

The app checks your license with our license server. Without a connection, an activated license keeps working for 14 days. What is sent is described in the app's privacy policy.

4. Updates

All updates to version 1 are free. What applies to a later version is set out in our Terms and Conditions (novantia.eu/terms).

5. What you may not do

• share, sell or generate license keys;
• rent, lend, resell or distribute the app;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it.

6. Ownership

You receive a license; the software is not sold to you. Novantia keeps all rights to the apps.

7. Apple components

The apps use Apple frameworks (such as Vision, PDFKit, Accessibility and ScreenCaptureKit) under Apple's terms. That processing happens on your Mac.

8. Warranty and liability

We provide the apps as they are. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain.

9. End

If you break this agreement, your license ends and you must stop using the app.

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
